Any order received by 10:00 AM EST will be shipped the very same day. Orders received after 10:00 AM EST will be shipped the same or the following business day. Domestic orders will be shipped via UPS. Please note that our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

International shipping
We gladly ship to foreign countries. International orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service. A charge of $25 will be automatically added to your order. This shipping charge is an estimate only and will be adjusted to the actual cost of shipping. If the final shipping charges are over $25, we will contact you by email to obtain your approval and authorization to ship the items. Delivery time: 5 to 8 days. Once the product arrives at customs, the recipient is responsible for any tariffs, customs, duties or import fees that may apply. We advise that you contact your local customs office for further information on duties and taxes.
Tracking your order
Once your order is processed, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. You will receive a tracking number for either UPS or the US Postal Service, depending on which carrier was used to ship your order. You can use this number to track your order online at www.UPS.com or www.USPS.com.
Changing or Cancelling orders
If you decide to change or cancel your order, please immediately send email to sales@imogacollection.com. If your order has already been shipped, simply return the shipment and we will refund the purchase price of the item. Unfortunately, the original shipping cost is not refundable.
Return policy
We accept returns for credit or exchange within 15 days of purchase. Simply contact us for an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number prior to return shipping. If the item was damaged or incorrectly shipped by Imoga Collection, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If you are returning an unwanted item you will be responsible for shipping charges (each way). Items in NEW condition will be refunded 100% (with the original and undamaged packaging including papers, plastic wraps and tags uncut). If the item is not received in resalable conditions (i.e. open boxes, product damaged, writing on the box other than shipping label, missing accessories or papers,...), we will impose a restocking fee ranging from 20% to 75% with a minimum of $5 depending on the condition of the item we receive. Items sent without RMA numbers or more than 15 days after purchase will be automatically subject to a restocking fee of 30% with a minimum of $15. Note that this restocking fee may be higher if the item is not in perfect resalable condition. If a product is defective, you must notify us within 5 business days of receiving the item.
